For Barbara Campbell, a blind woman at age 56, it is amazing to be able to see things clearly one again. This study may one day lead to the development of the true bionic replacement eye. This breakthrough may sound like a Star Trek gadget, but it is real, and it may be that start of seeing aid for blind people everywhere.
